To ensure a smooth transition and to avoid any inconveniences, we request that you follow these instructions:
Re:start will be sending a link to download the Dora Financial app in a few days. Please be on the lookout for it in your inbox.
Please DO NOT register for a new account with Dora.
On July 31st, all re:start account holders must go into the dora app, enter their Re:start email and click Forgot next to the password field to reset their password.
when resetting your password, please use the last four digits of the social security (or alien) number you used on your application with Re:start.
On July 31st, your account details, including your account number and balance will be automatically transferred to the Dora Financial secure system.
Your Re:start app will not be active after July 31st. We recommend that you download all the statements before that date.
Your transaction history will be available in the Dora app.
You may need to set up your authentication, avatar, and other personalization from scratch.

The existing Re:start user password will not work with the Dora platform. Account holders will need to enter their Re:start user email and click Forgot? next to the password field to reset their password.
Once your password is reset, you will be able to access your account in the Dora app.

The interface of the Dora app is very similar to Re:start. You will be able to navigate intuitively.

Plaid integration. With Dora, we recommend you to use Cash App for easy transfers between your accounts.
The Dora app supports English and Spanish, through its interface, communications, and customer support.

your re:start card will remain active - please continue to use it as you normally would.
dora will be performing a mass reissue of debit cards to all re:start accounts in early november.
account holders with expiring cards (before november) or lost/stolen cards will receive a new dora card as needed.

Your account balance will remain the same. Your funds will continue to be held by USALLIANCE Financial, and your account and routing numbers will not change.

In the near future, the Re:start application will no longer be in service or available. Your account is being transferred to our partner, Dora Financial. Dora will be serving you moving forward. Your funds will continue to be held by USALLIANCE Financial and insured by the NCUA to at least $250,000.

The only major change will be the actual application you will be using. Once you download the Dora app, the experience and product will be virtually the same.

You may need to update your Direct Deposit information with your employer. Even though the account and routing numbers remain the same, we recommend downloading the Direct Deposit form from the Dora app and providing it to your employer. There is no automatic integration between the app and payroll providers in the Dora app as of today.

To avoid duplicate accounts, we have closed your Re:start account and mailed a check with the remaining balance to the address on file.
You can continue using your Dora Financial account as usual.

Your transaction history will be available in the new Dora app, however, your statements will not be transferred to Dora. Please make sure to download your statements, if needed, before July 31st.

Your personal information remains protected with Dora Financial, as it was with Re:start. Please review the Dora Financial Privacy Policy here.

Your account and routing numbers remain the same, so you do not need to do anything at this time.
However, we recommend downloading the Direct Deposit form from the Dora app and providing it to your employer.
